The Bidwell/Porter sewer system, located at 4415 SR 850, Bidwell, Ohio, has been owned and operated by Gallia County since its completion in 1999.  The Bidwell portion has an on-lot GRAVITY system while the Porter portion has an on-lot STEP pressure system.
