- Complete this application and mail to the Gallia County Auditor's Office, 18 Locust St., Gallipolis, OH 45631. Make check or money order payable to Gallia County Treasurer - Do not send cash.
- In Person, bring this application to the Auditor's Office, Room 1264 of the Gallia County Courthouse.
